Frequently Asked Questions

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical SIM card. You can store multiple eSIM profiles on your device and switch between them as needed.

Is my device compatible with eSIM?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many other devices. You can check your device settings or our compatibility page for a full list.

How do I install the eSIM?

After purchase, you will receive a QR code via email. Simply go to your device settings, select "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM," and scan the QR code. Your eSIM will be activated within minutes.

Can I use eSIM and physical SIM together?

Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support Dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use both your physical SIM and eSIM simultaneously. This is perfect for keeping your home number active while using eSIM for data abroad.

How long does the eSIM data plan last?

The validity period depends on the plan you purchase. We offer plans ranging from 1 day to 30 days. The countdown starts from the moment you activate the eSIM on your device.

What happens if I run out of data?

If you run out of data, you can easily top up your plan through our website or app. Alternatively, you can purchase a new eSIM plan. Your remaining data does not roll over to new plans.
